What happens to your pair
- A full deep clean, by hand. Outsole, midsole, insole, laces and tongue, each cleaned separately, with stain removal.
- It dries. Whitening on a damp sole does not take, so we wait.
- The soles are whitened. The yellow that a wash cannot shift is treated on its own.
- Bagged, sealed and stickered, ready in 3 to 5 working days.
How booking works
- Book online. The booking opens with whitening already added. Pick drop-off or pick-up and a time. It takes about two minutes.
- A 50% deposit confirms it. The balance is paid before collection or delivery.
- Get the pair to us. Drop it at a drop-off point in Rustenburg or Potchefstroom, or in Potchefstroom we collect from your door.
Questions people ask
Can I get whitening without a deep clean?
No. Whitening works on a clean, dry sole, so it is done after a deep clean and the booking adds it to one. Together they are R290 a pair.
How long does it take?
3 to 5 working days. The whitening starts once the shoe is washed and dry, so it cannot be done as 24-hour express.
Will my soles come back fully white?
Most come back a long way. Some yellowing goes too deep for whitening, and a midsole like that needs colour restoration instead. Send a photo on WhatsApp first and we will tell you honestly which one it needs.
Why do soles turn yellow?
The rubber and foam oxidise with sun, air and age. It happens even to pairs that are kept clean, which is why a wash alone does not shift it.
Is the deposit refundable?
Deposits are not refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours before your booked drop-off or pick-up time. It is set out in the Terms & policies on the booking page.
